Why We're Expanding
Over the past two years, we've seen growing demand from European trailer and commercial vehicle manufacturers for larger forged parts �?particularly suspension components, king pins, and heavy-duty fasteners. Our existing forging line, which included 250-ton and 630-ton presses, was operating near full capacity.
The new 1000-ton presses enable us to:
- Produce larger components �?up to 5kg per piece, compared to the previous maximum of approximately 2kg
- Increase daily output by approximately 40% across our forging operations
- Serve new market segments that require heavier forged parts for construction and mining equipment
- Reduce lead times for high-volume orders by distributing load across more equipment
