Cold Heading (Cold Forming)
Our cold heading facility is the heart of our production. With multi-stage cold punchers and high-speed formers, we produce precision fasteners at high speed with minimal material waste. Cold forming strengthens the metal through work hardening, resulting in parts with superior mechanical properties and fatigue resistance.
Hot Forging
For larger or more complex components that exceed cold heading capacity, our hot forging line delivers parts with excellent grain flow and mechanical properties. Our intermediate-frequency heating forging assembly line provides precise temperature control, ensuring consistent quality across production runs.
CNC Machining
Our CNC machining center handles secondary operations, custom parts, and precision-machined components that require tight tolerances beyond the capability of cold forming. From multi-axis CNC lathes to machining centers, we have the equipment and programming expertise to deliver complex geometries with micron-level precision.
Metal Stamping
Our metal stamping department produces precision stamped parts and components using high-speed mechanical presses. From simple blanking and piercing to complex progressive die operations, we deliver consistent, high-quality stamped parts for the automotive, agricultural, and industrial equipment industries.
Quality Inspection & Testing
Quality is not a department — it's embedded in every process. Our quality control team performs multi-stage inspections throughout production, from incoming raw materials to final packaging. Every batch ships with full inspection reports, material certificates, and traceability documentation.
